A human rights organization, the Centre for Human Rights and Social Justice (CHRSJ) has exposed a Lagos Woman Police Officer,Chioma(CHICHI) attached to Area “F” Police Divisional Police Station, Ikeja over extortion of owner of Lagos State based Computer, Mallam Muhammed:-(+234 8056440742)

The rights group alleged that Chioma conspired with an environmental law breaker, one Mr. Otu of No.51b,Obafemi Awolowo way,Ikeja over frivolity to continue extort of Muhammed.

Muhammed who is owner of Computer Centre at No.49, Obafemi Awolowo Way,Ikeja and others at the premises of the shopping Complex were observing the mandatory Thursday environmental sanitation in their market ordered by the State Government, before Otu who is also a Shop owner at the premises disturb them by attacking Muhammed.

As a result of Otu’s attack by holding the cloth of Muhammed and Muhammed was trying to remove Otu’s hand from his cloth, Muhammed hand just hit his(Otu) head which lead to the removal of Otu’s hand by other participants during the mandatory environmental sanitation.

Meanwhile, the Center had dragged the Woman Police to the police authourities including; Inspector General of Police (IGP), Police Service Commission (PSC),Lagos State Commissioner of Police,Lagos State Environmental Protection Agency(LASEPA) and other authourity concerned, by calling for intervention of State Commissioner of Police,Mr. Hakeem Odumosun and authourity of State Environmental Protection Agency (LASEPA).

According to the Petition Letter dated Monday 19th of July,2021 and signed by the Executive Chairman of Centre for Human Rights and Social Justice (CHRSJ), Comrade Adeniyi, Alimi Sulaiman who double as Conveiner of Save Lagos Group (SLG) and copies were made available to newsmen on Wednesday,he detailed how the DCO and Woman Police,Chioma tied the hand of Muhammed Oyeniran to Station burglary illegally until intervention of the Woman DPO( +234 8069318238) of Area ‘F’ Police station, who ordered for his release immediately.

Comrade Sulaiman described IPO Chioma and Area ‘F’ Station DCO as emeritus Professors of bribe collector, calling on Police authority to checkmate the two officers for unprofessional conduct.

Investigation further revealed that,Otu had been used to this act of conspiring with Police to extort the unsuspected members of the public in the area, requesting for disciplinary action against Otu and the woman Police,Chioma of Area “F” Police Station in Ikeja.

Recalling that this has been a common and habitual charracter of Ikeja Police Station at area “F” Police headquarters, beside Ikeja State high Court and General Hospital, Opposite IKeja Police Training College since 2008, saying that Many of the Police Officers attached to this Ikeja Station are always involved in conspiracy act of turning the Complainants of any case to suspects.

It further alleged that they always clamping innocent citizens into illegal detention over frivolity, adding that most of the time, the Police Officers of this station committ common assaults, peculiar insults, intimidating, verbal-attack, harassment and criminally persecution of the innocent citizens.

It added that it was happened to the then Five(5) Lagos State Excutive Members of Late Chief Gani Fawehinmi’s National Conscience Party (NCP) in the case against two (2) Principals and staff of both Opebi Junior and Opebi Senior High Schools, Opebi- Ikeja, while the then State NCP Executive members were Attacked on Wednesday 13th Day of February, 2008.

Again on Wednesday 23rd day of November, 2016 in the matter of Mrs.Ogunlade Deborah against her landlady, which one ASP Amoo Adenike and CPL Alasa Jimoh Planned to truncated the matter against the geniue citizen and not allowed the then competent Woman Sergeant IPO,Yemi and his team Leader, Officer Friday with phone number:-(+234 9053085114), before the intervention of the CHRSJ’s Sister’s Organization, the Save Lagos Group (SLG).

However, as the CHRSJ properly and legally register our great displeasure over the outbursts of buffoonery and over hyphenated utterances of the indubitable fact that jungle rule of delusive demagogues and desperadoes are being satanically entrenched in the Ikeja of area “F” Police Station to the charge those people, who strictly believe in the rule of law, ethics, good conscience and principle men and women of integrity, uprightness, truthfulness and Godliness like Oyeniran Muhammed Adesina.

The Centre therefore call on Police authority to outrightly dismiss the Woman Police Officer, called Chioma (CHICHI) and her lawless DCO without any fuether delay.

Comrade Sulaiman disclosed that when the elder brother to Muhammed, Mallam Tajudeen Oyeniran(+234 7032036765) visited the General Hospital,Ikeja where Police Officer, Chioma and Otu being claimed to have been receiving treatment on his eyes, said nothing happened to the eyes and to the extent of not giving Otu any medicine but he was told to visit the hospital back on 13th day of August,2021.
