Redefining Service Transaction In Africa With AnyworkX App

At the Lagos media review of the Application which is already available on both Play Store and apple store, the Executive Director of Product and Strategy at X-agon Digital Solutions Limited, the parent company and owners of the ANYWORKX application, Bolaji Abdullahi Bayo-Tijani said the product has come to solve many of the day to day challenges customers face while seeking seamless and trustworthy service providers in their neighborhoods and anywhere in Nigeria and Africa.

While sharing a personal experience that resonates with everyday people in the area of struggling to find a reliable service provider in an urgent situation, Bolaji said this common predicament, faced by countless individuals, highlights the urgent issue AnyworkX aims to solve: the challenge of finding trustworthy and efficient service providers when you need them the most.

He said “With AnyworkX, we are addressing the fundamental problems faced by both customers and service providers in Africa.” He said further “Traditional methods of finding service providers are time-consuming, unreliable, and often lack the desired quality. AnyworkX is here to change that.”

He further stated that, AnyworkX is not just another app; it is a comprehensive online marketplace that aggregates a wide range of services, covering over 200 categories, including fashion designing, plumbing, electricity, and photography, among others.

The platform is designed to offer a secure, convenient, and efficient way to connect. Also, one of the key innovations of AnyworkX is its advanced verification system that ensures that all users are legitimate, qualified, and trustworthy.

The company said it puts into consideration an SME support system for service providers who may need business loans to turn the lots of their business around, by partnering with financial institutions, providing SME loan support for tools and equipment upgrades, subject to specific terms and conditions expected to be met by intending applicants (Service Providers).

It says “We have created a transformative and inclusive platform that overcomes challenges faced by Africans while financially empowering them,” explained Bolaji Abdullahi. “AnyworkX aims to provide a platform that brings together service providers across Africa, creating a larger market and boosting income generation and economic empowerment in Africa.”

The company says among the unique benefits of the application is it allows customers needing to use the app to order a service to browse through different categories of services, see the aggregate ratings from customers for each service provider that has been engaged via the app, and provides a unique opportunity to compare service fees and find the best deal.

The payments between service provider and customer are secure through the app and disputes on payments as well as trust issues are reduced to the barest minimum through the use of the in-app wallet where all financial transactions are made, referring to the AnyworkX app as a trusted intermediary.
